Web Designer / Graphic Designer

Salary: Competitive + bonus
Hours: 09:00 – 17:30 (40 Hours Per Week)
Location: Hartlepool (Cleveland, North East UK)

Leader Online Limited is a leading retailer, based in Hartlepool, with a retail showroom and a number of online eCommerce stores successfully trading a family of home and garden brands. The Leader group of companies were established in 1920 as a family run business, with its routes firmly in the timber trade. Since that time we’ve grown and diversified into a number of wholesale and retail sectors making us one of the fastest growing groups of companies in the North East.

Due to our continued growth we are looking for a talented designer to join our team. The role would be suited to a Web/Graphic Designer or Graduate with a passion for marketing material design and front-end web design. You will have close liaison with the eCommerce Manager to deliver in store marketing materials and POS as well as developing digital solutions.

Key responsibilities will include creation of point of sale materials, promotional leaflets, product catalogues, attractive dynamic websites and other digital materials such as dynamic banners, product imagery and emails.

We are looking for an enthusiastic designer with a minimum of one year’s commercial experience or a recognised qualification in this field. Experience of Adobe Studio, CS, Photoshop, Freehand, Illustrator, Flash and Quark. Proficiency in designing for the web will be seen as an advantage.
